Episode 13: Chimpanzinoff's Wetmare

Crime! Punishment! Society! Its Malcontents! Chimpanzees! All are given a thorough going-over in the first part of an epic two-part installment of Like a Mad Dog Running Through A Puddle of Gravy in which everything you know will change... forever. Listen if you are a German or a Mexican and you want a few shout-outs. You will learn a goodly bit about Kung Fu in this episode.

  1. Axis and Allies is SO complicated!!! but very fun once you get the hang of it.

I think a person is born with certain tendencies which are then enhanced or diminished by society. The nature vs. nurture thing isn't black or white. It's a continuously variable thing. You're almost making Kung Fu sound like "Chuck Norris"

Danny's Animal fun house good but maybe a little googling could've been useful to find more uncommon stories.

I think that maybe I once ate a fly that may have landed on a piece of melon I was eating.

  2. One time during the teenage years, me and my homies were up behind the hockey stadium setting off illegally imported South African firecrackers inside empty fizzy drink cans. The cans started exploding, we realised this was probably a bad idea, and furiously ran away from the flying shrapnel. As I was tearing up the hill, possibly hollering and laughing, a bug flew into my open mouth and I stopped and realised that we were now stranded in the middle of a large gorse patch, me wearing shorts and gagging on a bug. What a lark.

And that is my story about the time I ate a bug.

p.s. Tom, please don't talk over Danny when he's getting going on one of his Tales From the Suburbs. Okie Dokie.

  3. So I´ve been away for only a short while and now I´m back and there´s a brand new episode of POG waiting. Nice.

Danny sounds much like a Platonist in his talking about the "inner Kung Fu" thingie as Plato believed that everything we seem to learn we actually only remember since we knew this things before we were born.

It´s been good to hear again from you guys. I´m looking forward to the next episode.
